The Prime Minister George Papandreou will present the Eurogroup leader, Jean-Claude Juncker, on Monday a fiscal plan on a short term. Juncker is the representative of the Finance Ministries from the euro zone that will provide, along with the International Monetary Fund, a new bailout for Greece.

On the other hand, the austerity measures will be supported by the population that is very discontented with the news. They emerged on the streets and in front of the Finance Minister Institution placed a huge banner that it’s written about the austerity measures that will transform „the workers into modern slaves”.

The European officials that gathered in Vienna gave their principle accord for a new three years program for Greece, said for Reuters a source close to the officials. The new accord will replace the latest one of 110 billiard euro bailout that was made last year between Greece, the European Union and the International Monetary Fund. 

But, while the emergency bailouts for Greece, Ireland and Portugal were supported from the public income of the euro zone states and the International Monetary Fund, the new program with Greece will have strong requests for the private creditors to take a part of the costs, said the source.

Some of the European officials said after the principle accord that the investors that bought the governmental shares will be constrained to take a part of the bailout, maybe in a form of giving up a strong part of the debts.

The European Central Bank is against this measure and it is afraid that it could provoke a bank crisis in Europe and more, there is a possibility to lead to a violent reaction on the financial market towards the euro zone. The cited source said for the reporters that, as a compromise measure, the private financial group’s implication will limit at the avoiding of a possible credit crisis.

The official value of the new international bailout of Greece is still unknown. The country’s newspaper Kathimerini wrote that the amount of the promised new bailout will rise to 85 billion Euros, given by the European Union and the International Monetary fund, and the 30 or 40 billiard Euros bailout will be provided by the private sector after the privatizations measures.

The exhibition features paintings by some very different artists, such as L.S. Lowry and Tracey Ermin. All of them are taken from the extensive collection of the British government, which includes about 13,500 pieces.

The works displayed at the exhibition cover no less than five centuries of British and international art. They normally adorn the walls of government buildings and British embassies across the world, and never before went on public display, although the collection was started 113 years ago.

The London exhibition is part of a series of five such events, meant to show to the public some of the key works in the valuable collection.

Among the highlights of the exhibition is "Lancashire Fair: Good Friday, Daisy Nook" by L.S. Lowry, which was chosen by Samantha Cameron, wife of the British Prime Minister. The 1946 painting, which features crowds of people at a fair, was bought for a record-setting £3.8 million at a 2007 auction and usually adorns the walls of Number 10 Downing Street.

Two works by contemporary British artist Tracey Emin are also displayed. "Margate 1 Sand" and "Still Love You Margate" were both picked by the Minister for Culture Ed Vaizey. John Sawers, the chief of MI6, picked "The Doors", a surrealist sculpture by Jim Lambie. "I Wonder What My Heroes Think of the Space Race", a 1962 Cold War collage by Derek Boshier was chosen by Dame Anne Pringle, the United Kingdom's ambassador to Russia.

A portrait of Queen Elizabeth I, painted by an anonymous artist, is another highlight of the exhibition. It was picked by former minister Peter Mandelson. Queen Elizabeth II is also featured, but in a photograph taken by David Dawson while the sovereign was sitting for a portrait by Lucian Freud.

The current exhibition is scheduled to last for the next three months, but will be followed by four others, which will feature different paintings from the extensive government collection.

Art historian Simon Schama and sculptor Cornelia Parker are among those who will select the pieces to be displayed. The series of exhibitions, hosted by the Whitechapel Gallery in London, will end next year in September.

Microsoft was the best IT provider for several years. This period though is not a good one for the company, because of the tremendous gain of Apple and IBM on the market. Although Microsoft makes efforts to regain the lost credibility, the result is not a positive one. The two other companies, Apple and IBM, had hold the step with the market’s needs and this is why they raised their credibility and trust. The controversial statement of David Einhorn was made at a conference in New York, Ira Sohn Investment Research. He thinks that the successor of Bill Gates should give someone else the chance to lead the company and it is time for him to step aside. These remarks come after an independent internet researcher from Italy discovered a flaw in the Internet Explorer browser from Microsoft. In his opinion, the flaw could led to some leaks of the personal data accounts of the users and the hackers could have an easy access to Facebook, Twitter and other websites personal accounts.

The European organization for the air security, Eurocontrol, announced on Tuesday that in Europe there were almost 500 flights canceled after the Iceland volcano’s eruption, from the 29.000 total. The most affected country was the Great Britain and according to the Eurocontrol’s estimations, there is a strong probability that the ash cloud to go in Denmark, the south part of Norway and the south-west of Sweden. The European Committee said that the ash cloud will not provoke an ampleness closing of the European air space. Grimsvoetn volcano is the most active one from Iceland and the Sunday eruption is the most violent one that was registered from this century. The ash cloud that resulted from the volcano’s eruption had the most important impact on the Great Britain’s air space.

One of the busiest airports of the country, Heathrow from London, had to reschedule its flights. The experts think that until Wednesday the entire air space of the country will be affected by the ash cloud. The Great Britain’s officials said though that by Wednesday, the entire air activity will return to normal. The Britain passengers are angry about the situation and they are blaming the airport authorities for not informing them in time about the situation. This is the second Iceland volcano’s eruption that affected the entire air space of Europe from the last years. In April 2010, the eruption of Eyjafjallajokull volcano spread ash clouds on the continent and thousands of flight were canceled in order to avoid the possible dangers that might occur. In those situations, the flight is impossible because of the lack of visibility and the engine problems that might appear.

The officer posted an YouTube video in witch can be seen very clearly that the food for the soldiers had been replaced with beef conserve food for dogs. Igor Matveiev filmed the food deposit of his unit and he showed hoe their food was replaced with the animal one. In the YouTube video, the officer said that he found out about this abuse after a month of investigation.

He didn't stop here and made another shocking announcement. According to his reveals, he denounced also the illegal presence of the Chinese clandestine workers on his unit.

The Chinese people are hosted in a garage of the unit and he asked the President Dmitri Medvedev and the Prime Minister Vladimir Putin to take measures for those abuses. The video has ten minutes. About the dog food, they said that was indeed for the animals, but it was especially for the dogs in the unit and not for the officers. The mistake, the officials recognized, is that the conserve were kept in the officer's storage for foods. More, in the April-July trimester, the recession is expected to be deeper, this is the period of recovery. But in the second half of the year, the reconstruction of the country's economy will be much faster because the supplies are slowly restored and the domestic consumption will grow.

The worst scenario of the analyst includes another power shortage. The Economic Minister, Kaoru Yosano, said he has faith into the strength of the economy to recover.

He added that the economy of the country should grow in the March 2011 until March 2012 year with near one percent. More, he said that the Central Bank of Japan made all the possible acts for sustaining the economy in this time and he has nothing to ask them more.

The good thing, in Yosano's opinion, is that, in comparison with the economical crisis that stroke the entire world, Japan is facing with supply concerns and these issues will be solved this year. More, he said the Japanese people should be optimistic because the country has still great demands of goods and services witch is a strong sign of recovery. The investors are still skeptical of the third-largest economy in the world to have such a strong recovery.
